WARRANTY
We also offer a 2-year warranty of bricks and flagstone that has new concrete base. And 1 year for all concrete work.Also includes all the above. Broken or Cracked Loose Stones or Bricks Concrete work 1 inch wide will be repair not replaced. Los Brothers Construction, LLC will perform repairs as appropriate to the problem areas at no cost to the client.
NOT INCLUDED IN WARRANTY
Deterioration of joints or masonry surfaces due to exposure from Water, Mold, Fungus, Fire and any Chemical to clear or remove ice or snow. Any nature disaster such as Hurricane, Flood, Fire, Earthquake etc. Heavy machinery or large delivery trucks that could lead to broken work. Normal wear and tear of materials. Damage resulting from collision (human or mechanical).
